On 11 June 2026, The Bridge Forum hosted this networking event on Joynton Avenue Creative Centre, bringing together women for a night of networking.
The event also featured two speakers that discussed their insights on AI and how it is changing the tech industry. They provided providing practical perspectives on technology careers, responsible AI and the future of work.
One of the speakers, Silvia Xiao, went into how she uses AI agents at her work. Meanwhile, Fathia Tayib explained the consequences of AI in the workplace and how it can affect marginalised groups. Furthermore, she also gave advice to people who are trying to find work such as working on one's own projects and promoting them through social media.
Beyond the presentations, attendees exchanged ideas, discovered shared interests and formed new connections throughout the networking session.
